Beginner Pole
Learn the fundamentals and techniques needed to perform the beginner moves of pole dancing. Great class for those looking to gain strength and body awareness- or just have fun!
No experience necessary.
Intermediate Pole
It’s time to start building the foundation to your pole journey. You will increase your pole vocabulary & learn pole climbs, spins, leg holds & poses. Students will begin conditioning for inverting from the floor..
Advanced Pole
This class is designed for students ready to take their pole journey to the next level. Here the student will focus on moves and tricks with three or two points of contact.
Students will spend time perfecting fundamental skills such as inverts to inside and outside leg hangs, as well as increasing body awareness and engagement.
PRE-REQUISITE:
STUDENT MUST HAVE A SOLID, CLEAN INVERT TO CHOPPER FROM THE FLOOR.
As you progress you can expect to learn and work on Shoulder Mounts, Aerial Inverts, begin prep for your Handsprings and more!
Erotic Pole
Let’s get spicy! Learn floorwork, sexy spins & poses. Express yourself, build confidence and feel good!
*heels & kneepads recommended
Pole Fitness
A workout that includes exercises on & off the pole, that will challenge you to become fit & tone, and helps you achieve or maintain the strength and flexibility needed for pole fitness/dance, while increasing stamina and endurance.
No experience necessary.
The Fundamentals of pole are strength, stamina, flexibility and mobility. This class helps improve all!
Pole Flow
Time to get slow & sensual. Learn how to seamlessly transition between spins, moves, & poses.
*heels & kneepads recommended
Open Pole
Gives you the freedom to express and practice pole at your own pace. Take a break from the day & flow, use the pole, silk, lyras, etc.
Also, a great opportunity to experience pole with other levels or practice a routine.
