Open Pole: your time to shine
Practice, film content, or run through that combo until it clicks—this is your studio time. Open Pole is non-instructed but supervised, so you can flow at your own pace. Bring your playlist, your pole goals, and maybe a friend to cheer you on.
Pole 101: Beginner Foundations
New to pole? Start here! This beginner-friendly class focuses on building strength, confidence, and technique from the ground up. You’ll learn spins, basic climbs, transitions, and proper form in a supportive environment. No experience needed—just bring your sass and curiosity.
Pole 201: Level Up Your Flow
Ready to take it higher? Pole 201 builds on your foundational skills with more complex spins, combos, and inverts. We’ll explore fluid movement, strength-building drills, and clean technique to help you grow into your unique style. Must be comfortable with climbing and basic inverts.
Pole Play: Sensual & Expressive
Pole Play is your chance to connect movement with music through creative combos, grounded floorwork, and mini-choreography. Each class focuses on style, transitions, and flow to help you unlock your unique pole persona. Open to all levels with modifications provided.
Pole Power: Strength & Conditioning
Feel the burn, build the base! Pole Power is all about bodyweight conditioning, mobility, and targeted strength work to support your pole goals. Expect circuits, floor drills, and grip training that’ll leave you feeling fierce and stronger every week. Great for all levels!
The Fundamentals of pole are strength, stamina, flexibility and mobility. This class helps improve all!
Inversions
This class focuses on the proper technique for various types of inverting, as well as beginning some inverted combos. Prerequisites: must be able to climb to the top of the pole on both sides, must be able to hold a knee tuck for 5 seconds on each side. Students must be approved by an instructor prior to signing up for this class.
Shorts and a sleeveless tank are standard but sports bras, pole shorts, or bikini bottoms/tops are encouraged. The more skin you have showing the easier it will be for you to perform certain exercises requiring skin contact with the pole.
Femme Fatale
Exploring a mix of styles to embrace your sensuality, Hip-Hop/Heels/Contemporary, this class will leave you feeling Hott and Empowered! Previous Dance experience is suggested but beginners are more than welcome! Let’s Dance!
Jazz Funk Fitness
A high-energy dance based workout! Beginning with a long warm up focused on strengthening and flexibility. Ending with trendy choreography that will have you feeling confident and ready to show off for your friends and family. Watch the healthier version of you prosper! Beginner friendly
Flexibility
Whether you want to improve your pole performance, or you just want to increase your general mobility, flexibility is a must. An all levels class; instructors will safely and effectively help you push your body to its flexibility limits.
Please wear athletic clothing that does not restrict mobility. Leggings, sweatpants, or joggers might be preferrable as warmer muscles have an easier time stretching.
