ICT Pole Studio is Wichita’s first dedicated pole dance and pole fitness studio. Founded on November 18, 2021, by Karissa Ruth. Our studio began with a simple vision: to create a fun, safe, and peaceful environment for alternative fitness and self-expression.
Today, our mission has grown. We aspire to be a culturally inclusive community that inspires human connection, and empowers lives. We are here to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence while improving your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Our fully equipped facility features top-tier aerial apparatuses to elevate your practice:
Poles: 11-foot dual-mode (spin/static) poles and a pink X-Stage pole.
Aerials: Classic Lyra hoops, our signature pink heart Lyra, aerial silks, and pole silks.
Fitness: Ballet barre and dedicated conditioning equipment.
